1:1 Training

As we age we must adapt our activities to maintain happy, functional bodies.

My private sessions are a fantastic opportunity to undertake intelligent exercise tailored to your needs. I design comprehensive workouts bespoke to you that mix Pilates, Yoga and Barre so you can better understand your body, develop strength and have the capacity to feel your best every single day.

At home sessions can be arranged if local to Esher and surrounding areas (*see travel zones below), and for those further afield I support remotely via Zoom.

You are most welcome to be accompanied by a partner or friend at your private session.

Group Classes

My group sessions focus on supporting the health and fitness of those in their prime and older years, however, the age range of attendees can be anything from 24 to 84!

We practise traditional Pilates combined with Yoga and Barre principles to promote healthy functional fitness for all ages and fitness levels.

In addition to these there are some more intensive cardio classes as well as pure yoga that can be arranged on request.

Currently online only via Zoom. When allowed, in-person classes will resume in Surrey, with online classes continuing to be streamed throughout the week.

Injury Support

I am qualified in pilates for osteoarthritis and have a great deal of experience in getting people going again after an injury or medical condition.

My face to face sessions (at your home) will guide you through the appropriate pace and level of restorative exercise to make confident, sustainable progress.

I am fully trained in EMS and have the latest technology available should you be keen to incorporate this and enhance your recovery - click here for more info on EMS.
